Food Itinerary - Montecchio Olive Oil Museum

A collection of old tools, curiosities, pictures and old machines put along an itinerary which explains the thousands of secrets of 6000 years' old Umbrian tradition. The Museum, located in the green Umbria countryside, offers its visitors the chance to spend a different vacation relax day, discovering old and pure flavours of our land. At the end of the itinerary, visitors can also taste bruschettas together with local wine, as well as visiting the new olive-press, which still today works thanks to heavy stone pressuring tools.
