Norcia, located in the Eastern part of Umbria, is a charming town where good traditions and quietness are always present. The whole area is rich of hills full of flowers. Norcia is also the Saint Benedict hometown, which is the patron-saint of Europe. The town is also one of the best Italian food traditions area, mainly represented by the "norcina" production, together with truffles and the famous Castelluccio di Norcia pods.
